If you are passionate about ethical, child-centered ABA and enjoy collaborating with a supportive clinical team, we'd love to hear from you.

- Complete clinical documentation and progress notes accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary providers.
- Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in home, clinic, school, and community settings.
